Gifts and special messages

We love giving presents as much as you do! If your order contains a gift and you would like to send your purchase to a different address, please let us know. If you would like a message included in the parcel, we are also happy to do so.

The last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Monday 12th December. After this date I will be accepting and posting orders as quickly as possible and using a first class, tracked service, but I cannot guarantee or estimate delivery timeframes due to the Royal Mail strikes. If you would like to use an alternative courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery, please just ask (charges apply).

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all UK orders over £30 with code FREEUK. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched within 1-5 working days, often on the same day as purchase.

International delivery

Yay! Free WORLDWIDE delivery on all orders over £100 with code FREESHIP. All orders under £100 delivery is a flat rate of £5.00 per order. Please be aware that products shipped internationally may attract customs duties or taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. Shh by Sadie is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

Workshop cancellation policy

All Shh by Sadie workshops and classes are subject to a seven day cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking within seven days of the event you will receive either a full refund or a booking on an alternative date. If it is within seven days we unable to offer a refund or alternative date unless we are able to fill your space on the workshop. We will of course endeavour to fill the space for the time leading up to the workshop.

We reserve the right to cancel any workshops and classes at our discretion. In the event of such a full refund will be made. Shh by Sadie expressly excludes any liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages howsoever arising as a result of such cancellation and will not, for example, be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
