The last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Monday 12th December. After this date I will be accepting and posting orders as quickly as possible and using a first class, tracked service, but I cannot guarantee or estimate delivery timeframes due to the Royal Mail strikes. If you would like to use an alternative courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery, please just ask (charges apply).

All orders are dispatched within 1-5 working days, often on same day as purchase. To upgrade to tracked delivery, please contact us.

UK
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all UK orders over £30 with code FREEUK. Flat rate £2.50 delivery on all orders under £30. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. 

International
Yay! Free WORLDWIDE delivery on all orders over £100 with code FREESHIP. All orders under £100 delivery is a flat rate of £5.00 per order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. Shh by Sadie is not respon­sible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

Note:
Delivery costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Delivery will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.
