This is an elegant, one of a kind genuine chunky pearl and antique bow buckle necklace.

I have made this necklace with a shimmering antique bow shaped buckle as the centrepiece. The buckle has been carved from shimmering mother of pearl shell and is an antique belt buckle. I have repurposed the buckle so that it is the centrepiece “bow” for a choker-style chunky pearl necklace, combining it with, shimmering freshwater pearls.

This necklace is a stunning statement piece and one of a kind and so you will never see anyone else wearing it!

I have closed the attachment on the buckle and so it no longer functions as a buckle. The necklace is attached by using the clasp at the back of the necklace.

I enjoy repairing and re-designing broken or unwanted vintage jewellery so that it can be worn and loved once again. This is an elegant statement piece that would also make a beautiful gift. Finished with a signature Shh by Sadie tag.
